Genshin Concert 2021 | Genshin Impact | News

On 25/8/21 at Gamescom, miHoYo announced that Genshin Impact will host its first online Genshin Concert on 3rd October 2021 – titled ‘Melodies of an Endless Journey’.

As part of Genshin Impact’s 1st Anniversary celebrations, the concert will be aired online, for free, on 3rd October 2021. The concert, lasting around 90 minutes, will feature the original game soundtrack and “innovative interpretations of much-loved pieces”.

The original soundtrack for Genshin Impact was produced by HOYO-MiX, miHoYo’s in-house music team, and written by Yu-Peng Chen, an accomplished composer.

“We’ve been experimenting with varied cultural elements in Genshin Impact’s music in the past and present, and will continue to do so in the future…”

– Yu-Peng Chen (Composer, Genshin Impact)

The music from this soundtrack will be presented at Genshin Concert 2021 by the Flanders Symphony Orchestra and the world-famous Belgian conductor, Maestro Dirk Brossé.

Other pieces in a variety of genres will also be performed by talented musicians on stages across the world, including the United States and South Korea.

Currently, Genshin Impact has released six soundtracks. The seventh soundtrack, featuring music from the recently added Inazuma area, will be published soon in a collaboration between HOYO-MiX and Sony Music.
