Welcome to ‘Current Events: Mobile Game Mondays’! Each Monday, we post an update on the currently available events from a selection of mobile otome games, including Tears of Themis and CYBIRD’s Ikemen Series.

We let you know where to find the events, when they start and finish, what rewards they offer, and how to play them.

This is Halloween, This is Halloween…: The big day is almost here! As we enter the final stretch towards the spookiest day of the year, mobile otome games are releasing their last few seasonal events.

Tears of Themis has made their Halloween move with the new story event, ‘Symphony of the Night’, which was released alongside a new gacha banner of the same name. Rather than being particularly ‘spooky’, these new events focus more on ‘dark’ and ‘mysterious’ themes, with a hint of supernatural imagery for good measure.

In non-Halloween news, Ikemen Prince has released their first new route since game launch! Nokto Klein, the foxy 7th Prince, joins the original three in being officially romanceable, with a route release set and event campaign to celebrate. There’s also a new collection event happening at the same time, titled ‘Are You Tempting for More?’, which provides rewards for collecting and exchanging hearts.

Ikemen Vampire has also released a new route, as players can now finally romance the mansion’s favourite father figure, Comte de Saint-Germain. As with the other Ikemen games, a route release set and event campaign has been released alongside his main route, concurrent with the second part of Ikemen Vampire’s Halloween collection event, ‘Trick or Temptations’. Now’s a great time to binge the new route and collect plenty of event goodies along the way!

But these are just the highlights – there’s plenty more where that came from! Tears of Themis

Symphony of the Night

Tears of Themis joins us in the spooky season with their new story event, Symphony of the Night. Complete tasks assigned to you by the ‘Vesper Box’ to unlock clues in your investigation of a mysterious hacker. The story for this event unfolds over several stages, each of which unlocks one day after the other. In order to complete the event before it ends, be sure to get started as soon as possible!

There’s also a gacha banner of the same name running parallel to this story event, featuring 2 x SSR cards and 2 x SR cards. The limited-time cards are:

• SSR – Between Good and Evil (Vyn) – odds: 0.800%
• SSR – Fabulous Feast (Marius) – odds: 0.800%
• SR – Fixated on You (Artem) – odds: 2.935%

Are You Tempting for More?

Nokto Route Release Set & Campaign

To celebrate Nokto’s Main Route Release, Ikemen Prince has added a special set to the store – available for a limited time, until 30th November, for a cost of 3,000 Diamonds. Previous route release sets have also made a comeback, also for a cost of 3,000 Diamonds if purchased individually, or all-in-one for a discount.

Furthermore, Nokto’s Route Release Campaign is running at the moment, which provides rewards for completing milestones by certain dates. The available rewards and their deadlines are as follows:

• Read Chapter 5 of Nokto’s route by 29th October 11:59 PM JST for the reward: 1 x Closet (+1)

Trick or Temptations – Part 2

Read the story and complete love battles to collect Halloween ‘Treats’ to give to the vampire of your choice in exchange for a variety of spooky and sexy prizes. This event in particular has a lot of juicy ranking rewards, so it’s worth getting started as soon as possible to climb up the scoreboard!

Saint-German’s Route Release – Special Gacha

To celebrate the release of Saint-Germain’s route, Ikemen Vampire have released a special gacha event where the drop rates of Saint-Germain’s standard gacha cards are temporarily boosted, and five of his event-exclusive 5-Star cards have been brought back for a limited time!

Saint-German’s Route Release – Store Sale

Read an exclusive prequel story of Saint-Germain’s arrival at the Mansion in the new Ikemen Vampire route release set! Previous route release sets have also returned, which are available in grouped, ‘3-in-1’ sets for a cost of 6,000 Diamonds. Saint-Germain’s set is also available in a grouped, ‘4-in-1’ set for 7,000 Diamonds, or individually for 2,900 Diamonds.

The sets contain: a bonus story of when they arrived at the mansion, 20 x chapter tickets, an item to boost your intimacy score by 500 points, and attire for your avatar that matches their signature outfit (i.e. fashion set and hairstyle).

Autumn of Affection

Rather than bringing Halloween to feudal Japan, Ikemen Sengoku has opted to celebrate the season with more autumnal themes in their new collection event, ‘Autumn of Affection’. Read the story and pass love challenges to collect hearts and exchange them for event-exclusive rewards, including purple and orange coloured avatar attire!

Drunk on Your Love

☆ Event Ends: 24th November (05:00 PM PST)

Purchase the exclusive event stories from the ‘Drunk on Your Love’ event in the new Ikemen Sengoku story sale. Typically, when you play a story event, you can only read the story while the event is running. However, this story sale allows you to purchase these exclusive chapters to have them saved permanently to your collection.

There are four sets available – one each for Nobunaga, Shingen, and Hideyoshi (cost: 2,000 coins each), and one ‘Special Set’ with all three individual sets combined – plus two bonus avatar attire – for a discounted cost of 4,800 coins (discount of 1,200 coins – not including the cost of the extra 2 x avatar attire).
